A Live Wedding Painting

Live Wedding Painting

The Process

  • Inquire & Check Availability

Begin by submitting an inquiry form to check availability for your wedding date. I’ll respond personally to confirm if your date is available and we’ll discuss your vision for the painting. From there, you’ll receive personalized quote and proposal options designed just for you. You’ll select what best fits your style & budget. A signed contract and a $500 retainer will officially secure your date on my calendar!

  • Consultation & Creative Planning

We will schedule a consultation call to discuss further details including the moment you’d like captured, wedding colors, timeline, overall feel of the day, location setup and more!

1-3 weeks prior to the wedding, we’ll finalize all logistics and artistic details. I’ll also be in communication with your wedding coordinator to ensure both your day and the painting experience run as smoothly as possible.

  • Your Wedding Day!

I’ll arrive to the venue around 2 hours before the wedding begins -to set up and start blocking in the background. I’ll take a reference photo of the scene of your choice ensuring that special moment is preserved with accuracy. Your guests will be thrilled and intrigued to watch the painting transform into a beautiful representation of your wedding day! You’ll have the option to either watch the painting come to life throughout the evening or enjoy a special reveal near the end of the night.

  • After the Celebration

I’ll take the painting back to my studio to add any refining touches and to apply a varnish sealant. I offer personal delivery if you’re located in or near Elkhart County, otherwise your canvas will be shipped to you. You can expect your painting 1-2 months after your wedding day.

And now it’s time to display your painting in your home and relive those special memories again and again for years to come!
